Camping at Christopher Creek

Camping at Christopher Creek Campground, Arizona

This summer camping trip at Christopher Creek was so fun! Minus a few surprises (watch the video to find out why), it was a beautiful location and the kids loved playing in the creek and catching crawdads.

The menu included pizza, bacon, chicken, french toast, eggs, fried rice, hot dogs, and more! We camped with our Blackstone grill and golly it did make camp cooking easy! We had to book at least 6 months ahead of time to reserve our specific campground.

Things to know:

  • There are crawdads in the creek
  • The campground has a designated fire pit, and a grill
  • Check the forest service website for information about fire restrictions
  • No electrical outlets
  • Campground has vault toilets
