We enjoyed a fun stay at the resort this month! Our casita was roomy and comfortable, and included a patio for morning coffee views, and a fridge to keep our snacks chilled.

The kids loved the pool, and we swam several times over the weekend. Family bike rides around the property and the short 1 mile ride to Tubac was also a highlight! (Bicycles are available to rent, or bring your own.) We also played golf as a family for the first time, which was a learning experience for sure but fun! The courses here are beautiful, and on our evening cruise we saw deer and turkeys.

Stables Ranch Grille, the on-site restaurant, delivered some delicious meals like the German Pork Schnitzel, and familiar kid favorites of grilled cheese and cheeseburger with fries. The kids loved the freshly baked baguette so much we had to order a second loaf! There’s also an ice cream shop on property with amazing gelato.

Plan the ultimate family getaway this Summer with their Family Adventure Retreat Package. This includes a 2-night stay package starting at $349*, a $50 dining voucher for Stables Ranch Grille, two ice cream vouchers and a Tubac Adventure kit featuring a magnifying glass and a scavenger hunt checklist bag for the kids. *Upgrade to a Casita Queen for $399/night. Extend stay for $129/night. Subject to availability. Learn more on their website!

The Tubac Golf Resort and Spa is approximately 45 min from Tucson and 3 hours from Phoenix.
