Price Park in Chandler was a neighborhood playground we found when running errands in a new part of town. And there was more to offer on the other side that we didn’t even get to check out because the playground was too fun!
Playground
This wood chip playground is shaded over the big kid playground. The climbing structure has a cute pirate boat-type theme to it. The kids had fun exploring all the little details and pictures on the playground. Climbing ropes, slides, bridges, and steps make up the playboat. There are two toddler and two big kid swings in the middle of the playground. The small toddler climbing structure was just right for new climbers with slides, spinning tic tac toe style game, and minimal shade.
Picnic
There are two picnic tables next to the playground for quick snacks or watching kids play. There was not much shade provided by the tall trees.
Park
Price Park in Chandler has a shaded playground and lots of grass. If you go around the corner along the path there is also sand volleyball, basketball and walking trails. I did not see any public restrooms.
Getting There
We parked along West Folley Street, simple to run directly to the playground from there.
