This month’s playdate in the West Valley attracted 24 mamas and 36 kids to chat, play, and enjoy the gorgeous day at a neighborhood park! Casita Curated Play also joined us with three sensory bins, a huge hit especially for the toddler group.
We had friends from Goodyear, Litchfield Park, Glendale, Anthem, and Peoria and little ones from 4 months to age eight! There was even a mom and her two children who were in Phoenix for the week and decided to stop by! We love that these playdates can include anyone.
We also had five giveaways, courtesy of local businesses, and snacks to fill the tummies. Kudos to the mama who brought donut holes too – we may have a new tradition! This park was full of fun extras like a zip line and merry go round, keeping kiddos happy.
We’re so grateful for each of you, those who came to the playdate, and those who follow us on social media! Thank you for continuing to grow the Phoenix With Kids community.
Many thanks to these local businesses and author that donated to our February 2020 Playdate Giveaways.

Our first ever Phoenix With Kids playdate was held at the end of January, and 17 moms (along with 34 children) joined us for a morning of play and fellowship! Masterpiece Art Mama added to the fun with two art projects, as well as sensory bins for all ages to enjoy. It was a beautiful day for making new friends, and connecting with our readers.
Mamas came from all over the Valley! The cities of Laveen, Anthem, Chandler, Gilbert and all in between were represented! There was even an Aussie mom, new to the area, that came to make new friends. This only cemented the realization that Phoenix With Kids is becoming a community, and we can’t wait to see that develop.
We also had five giveaways, courtesy of local businesses, and light snacks at the play date. Five lucky winners went away with tickets to local play places, books, and kitchen meal prep ideas. This was such a fun addition to the gathering!
Thank you to all who came to our playdate! We appreciate each of you, both in supporting us online, and joining the event. Stay tuned on our social media for updates on the next Phoenix With Kids playdate (Facebook and Instagram).
