The Park Collective in Prescott Valley is the largest climate controlled play facility and it is completely free! The facility is run by the Heights Church and it is set up to allow you to work or relax while being able to easily supervise your children while they play. We visited it on our trip to Prescott and we were so impressed!

There are two playgrounds: one larger playground and one for toddlers and babies. The big playground has multiples slides of different heights and areas to climb on as well as a zipline. My kids had a blast riding on the zipline!

The toddler and baby area also included some climbing structures, as well as balls and foam blocks. It is surrounded by a wall with only one exit, which makes it easy to keep an eye on your toddler while they explore. My 3 yo loved building with the blocks away from the older children.

Both playgrounds are build on artificial grass. There is no official rule about shoes, but many children and adults were barefoot. You cannot eat or drink on the grass, but you can bring in outside food and eat it on the chairs and tables surrounding the playground.

The park is an ideal place to do some work while your kids play. They have a coffee shop and they have many outlets and tables throughout the park, as well as free wifi.

The Park Collective has a party pod that can be rented for birthday parties. The party pod can be rented for 60$ during normal play hours.

The facility is run by volunteers. They were incredibly friendly and welcoming to us and were very attentive to the needs of the park. The park was very clean-multiple times I saw volunteers cleaning tables and sweeping the floor. The volunteers also mentioned that they have a free dinner on the 2nd and 4th Saturdays at 4 pm and everyone is welcome. They encouraged us to come back.

We loved visiting the Park Collective. It’s a great option for play dates, getting some work done, or getting the wiggles out on a cold day- all for free!

The Park Collective is located at 7450 E Pav Way, Prescott Valley, AZ 86314. For hours of operation and party pod reservations, visit https://www.parkcollective.com/
