The playground at Northsight Park in Scottsdale got a remodel in January 2020! The new equipment is bright and inviting. It is now a climbers dream playground!
Playground
The playground will have shade covers installed in the following months. The new playground is definitely aimed at big kids. There are stairs for easy climbing access to part of the playground, however the rest must be climbed up. The monkey bars and a tightrope style climbing structure were big hits while we were there.
There are three swings and one inclusive swing that big toddlers can swing in. My two year olds can hold on and sit in here but not as comfortably as regular toddler swings. There are no toddler swings.
There is a basketball court, volleyball and tennis courts all within eyesight distance if you have kids with different interests.
A walkway around the park is also great for scooters, bikes or walking.
Picnic
There are 2 drop in ramadas and a couple of picnic benches that are not covered.
Park
