Itty Bitty Open: Free Golf Event for 3-5 Year Olds in Arizona

The Junior Golf Association of Arizona has a great event coming up on January 18th called the Itty Bitty Open and is sponsored by the JGAA, City of Phoenix Parks and Recreation, and the Thunderbirds, in conjunction with the Waste Management Phoenix Open (PGA Tour Event).

The event is FREE and available to 3, 4, and 5 year olds.

Each golfer will receive a set of plastic golf clubs, golf balls, golf bag and a visor. Each child will learn the basic skills of golf taught by an instructor. After the clinic there will be a fun, non-competitive golf tournament. A special contest with prizes will also be held at each session for the Best Dressed Golfer and Caddie Team.

There are 15 locations throughout the Valley and 3 clinic times offered at each location. Learn more here. Or, view a photo gallery from last year on Facebook.

We live in Scottsdale, AZ and were married in 2010 and have a daughter who is 6 years old. She's full of energy, and so we're always looking for new things to do. We also have a 3 year old son! That's why we made this web site, to share them with you.
