Stroller friendly hikes

Always remember to bring plenty of water both on the hike, and to save back at the car. The desert is wonderful and welcoming – and also unfriendly if you don’t prepare. Snacks are always a good idea with kids as well. (We like to bring donuts, it’s tradition.)

We often wear hats while hiking, even in the winter, and wear sunscreen because the sun can get intense. Wear good sturdy shoes! For littles, try a baby carrier like an Ergo over a stroller for further distances.
