The pottery selection is extensive! You’ll find plates and mugs and bowls, coin banks, tiles, fun decor pieces, and more. Everything you need to paint your selection is included. Choose from lettering tools, stamps, and stencils, and of course dozens of colors, brushes, and anything else you need to bring out your creative side.

There is a studio fee of $8/person (under 2 free), which includes supplies, and glazing and firing of your pottery piece. A Family Fun pass is also an option, with a discounted 8 visits for $30, which can be used at any time. Pottery pieces range from $7-70, with a large selection of pieces in the $18-35 range. Note that you will need to return to the store approximately 5 days later to pick up your completed piece.

Arizona locations include Chandler, Desert Ridge, Mesa, Norterra, Queen Creek, Tempe, and Westgate. Learn more on their website!

Also, summer classes at As You Wish Pottery are a super fun way for kids to get creative and stay cool!

We checked out a class at the Desert Ridge location of As You Wish Pottery this month, and painted a cute popcorn bowl! Classes are designed for ages 5+, but our 3-year-old enjoyed painting with assistance too.

An employee will guide you step by step through the process, and everything you need is provided. We used brushes, a Q-tip, and a fun pen for letting! The entire class time was 1.5 hours. Adults are welcome to watch, or join in the fun.

Upcoming classes run now through July 21st, on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, and include a llama bank, unicorn box, sea turtle soap dish, sunbathing panda plate, and more! You can receive $5 off per class by using code PHXWKIDS5 while signing up for summer classes online.
